Return Policy
Crystals & Stones Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Jewelry All jewelry sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect. I carefully inspect all jewelry before shipping, but if you receive a defective item, please contact me immediately and I will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos as soon as you unpack it and email them to me along with your order number. This helps me process your claim quickly and improve my packaging.
Sizing I do not always carry multiple sizes of each jewelry style. Please ensure you know your correct ring, bracelet, or anklet size before purchasing, as jewelry cannot be returned for sizing issues.
How to Return
- Email me at appalachianmysticgeorgia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and which items you're returning
- For damaged items, include photos taken immediately after unpacking
- I will send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you
- Pack items securely in original packaging and ship back
Refunds Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after I receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a full refund for the item cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
